Hi, I’m Ayla — a classical comprehensive Pilates instructor.
I help people move with strength, ease, and confidence. My own journey into Pilates began after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, a time of fatigue and joint pain. Through the classical method, along with cold-water swimming and a Paleo-inspired lifestyle, I discovered natural ways to restore energy and rebuild strength — and that transformation is at the heart of my teaching.
I trained at PI Studios in Battersea, under Holly Murray, a Romana-trained teacher dedicated to preserving the original classical Pilates method. I’m committed to honouring this authentic system in every session.
Soupe Pilates is a supportive space for people whether you’re new to Pilates, returning after a break, or recovering from injury or life transitions, our sessions are tailored to support your body, your goals, and your wellbeing. I offer:
